Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a rollercoaster. It’s a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually gets faster. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel like you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom drops out.

Blackjack is so very similar to a roller coaster the similarities are awe-inspiring. As is the case with the popular fair ground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going well for a time before it bottoms out once again. You must be a bettor that can adjust well to the ups and downs of the game because the game of blackjack is packed full of them.

If you like the small coaster, one that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop on board for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you may not naturally remember how much you enjoyed the view while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a thrilling ride … your head in the sky. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that devastating fall as clear as day.
